The Underground Barbell Club Membership Terms and Conditions
- Members with medical problems should declare their ailments in writing along with a doctor’s certificate, before starting any exercise program.
- Throughout the course of your membership with the Gym, regular health and medical screening should be sought from your General Practitioner.
- Membership period starts from the date of registration at the front desk and not from the date the member starts using the facility for workout. If you would like your membership to start at a later date(no longer than 1 month) you must let the front desk staff know at the time of registration.
- All memberships are non-refundable and non- transferable. It cannot be exchanged with any group activities or different packages.
- Registration of your finger impression / face scan before entering the Gym premise is mandatory.
- Entry will only be permitted to those with a valid membership, in date and in credit. If you have an amount due to be paid on your account you won’t be able to enter the Gym premise.
- Membership may be renewed on payment of the prevailing fee and in accordance with the terms and conditions there in force.
- The membership tariff and other services offered are subject to change with prior notice.
- The exercise programs & facilities in the Gym are designed with the members safety in mind but it is hereby agreed that such programs & facilities are used entirely at members own risk.
- Any damage done to equipment, flooring, mirrors etc will be charged to those responsible for the damage.
- Members must secure all their belongings in the locker and shall not allow it to be placed inside Gym premises so as to cause inconvenience to other members or staff.
- Lockers must be emptied when leaving the Gym and The Movement Fitness holds no responsibility for loss of valuables or money kept in the lockers. The lockers are used solely at the risk of the members.
- The Vehicle parking is at your own risk and Gym does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to vehicle or any valuables left in vehicles.
- You may at your own discretion and expense, obtain personal insurance for loss, injury or damage that you might sustain arising from use of the Gym. You exercise at your own discretion and accept any injury or illness brought on by exercise is your own responsibility.
- If you feel dizzy, faint, unwell or feel any unusual pain then you must stop exercising and inform the member or staff immediately.
- The Gym may withdraw use of all or part of the Gym for the purpose of undertaking maintenance work or any other work considered necessary for a maximum period of seven working days.
- By joining the Gym, members automatically accept and agree to be bound by these conditions of membership.
- These terms and conditions are subject to change or may be modified or expanded as deemed necessary by the management.
- If you are a freelance Trainer/Coach kindly let the management know. If you are found to be training or taking any training from any individual in the facility without prior approval you will be banned from the gym permanently and will forfeit the membership fee.
